Personal Training

  

Sessions are available for everyone - no matter your current fitness stage. Your initial 45-60 minute consultation and assessment is completely free. Training sessions are available for 30 or 60 minutes. We will help you find your optimal target heart rate training range, as well as setup and demonstrate the exercises that will enable you to achieve your fitness goals. We offer small group training for those who wish to train with a friend or family member.

TRX Suspension Training

Suspension training is an effective total body workout. It helps build strength, muscle, flexibility, mobility, and stability. It engages your core while isolating other parts of the body at the same time.

Strenght Training for Weight Loss

If weight loss is a goal of yours, incorporating strength training into your routine is key. While strength training may not give you the instant heart pounding, sweat dripping of a cardio class, in the long run, building lean muscle works in your favor of your weight loss goals. Having more muscle means your body burns more calories at rest.

Yoga

 Yoga is a complete system of wellbeing where mind, body and spirit are in harmony and balance. With the use of proper breathing techniques, postures and meditation, yoga helps create a healthy shift in everyday life. Physical postures are practiced mindfully in alignment with breath. More importantly, while you feel restored and rejuvenated on the mat, you learn to carry your yoga mindset off the mat as well

Indoor / Outdoor BootCamp

High intensity fitness camp for all fitness levels. Where you will have fun and get in awesome shape! Increase your energy, tone and tighten your body, increase your muscle mass, and lose inches.

Tabata

Tabata is a form of Interval Training that falls under the umbrella of high intensity interval training. It requires you to perform only 20 minutes to complete a workout, but the level of intensity means it pushes your body extremely hard. Your body continues to burn calories after the workout is over.

Circuit Training

You won't be bored when you do circuit training, this workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time. You will move quickly through 8 -10 exercise stations to work different muscle groups, with little to no rest between stations. Each station has a different exercise.

Contest Prep

We will develop a comprehensive contest prep nutrition and training program to bring your best possible physique to the stage, photoshoot, or wedding. Each contest program is designed specifically for each client based on their goals, daily schedule, training and diet history. Contest Prep programs include:

  • Personalized Dieting
  • Customized Training
  • Cardio Schedule
  • Weekly Check - In's (Optional)
  • Up to 15 in person Posing Practice Sessions
