
Sessions are available for everyone - no matter your current fitness stage. Your initial 30 minute consultation and assessment is completely free. Training sessions are available for 45 minutes. We will help you find your optimal target heart rate training range, as well as setup and demonstrate the exercises that will enable you to achieve your fitness goals. We offer small group training for those who wish to train with a friend or family member.

Suspension training is an effective total body workout. It helps build strength, muscle, flexibility, mobility, and stability. It engages your core while isolating other parts of the body at the same time.

If weight loss is a goal of yours, incorporating strength training into your routine is key. While strength training may not give you the instant heart pounding, sweat dripping of a cardio class, in the long run, building lean muscle works in your favor of your weight loss goals. Having more muscle means your body burns more calories at rest.
Tabata is a form of Interval Training that falls under the umbrella of high intensity interval training. It requires you to perform only 30 minutes to complete a workout, but the level of intensity means it pushes your body extremely hard. Your body continues to burn calories after the workout is over.
You won't be bored when you do circuit training, this workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time. You will move quickly through 8 -10 exercise stations to work different muscle groups, with little to no rest between stations. Each station has a different exercise.
